Summary
I was 11 when I took the journeyman electricians entrance test, and passed.
I began my professional life moving pipes during high school, then bailing and livestock production for Hurtt Ranch and Martin Herefords.
I attended Autobody school in Billings where I was trained in automotive by Sears. I ran the Billings garage alone on Sundays and attended college full time. I took Autobody because I couold afford it, and I was already interested sending my winters at Sweeny Creek inside Warren Hutcheson's garage which is now and has been in East Missoula for years. I worked for Spray Craft after graduation in Missoula and left Sears with a serious eye injury. With that injury I did the rest of my life and went to Phoenix to attend Architectural Drafting and Design. Before graduation I was hired by Foley Wismer and Becker as an electirical designer at Hanford WPPSS Nuclear 1&4. I would as-built an area sent to, draw that up, then add motors and switches, wiring on runways mounted with Hilti to concrete and steel.
I went to work at Fox Ballas and Barrow Architects the following summer and took over for a good friend and Architect in Missoula Montana. Today Jay Kirby and I are still friends even though I finished the Arlee's housing project he left behind. It was an honor to design homes I have seen often underneath the water tower and knowing where each and every house in that phase sits in the valley. It was a tremendous honor to work with Oscar Ballas and his son Jerry.
I worked for T&T Construction doing all weather wood foundations the following summer and then as-built all the parks in Missoula the next. The following year I moved to Santa Monica employed by Morris Group Architects Long Beach as an Architectural designer then Job Captain. I worked for Simpson Engineering in Structures adding to my concrete tilt-up experience.
I returned to classes in Autocad and became a 3D Designer Programmer.

broke mid-back area in multiple locations, tearing ligaments which prevents me from continuing my career. I cant run a mouse 5 minutes, I need it 16 hours a day as I used to. The negligence by L&I caused other injuries I did not possess at the time of the first injury. Later that doctor testified he and his partner both treated me with chiropractic care on a broken vertebrae It left permanent damage but I didn't know about it until it was too lat. Workmen comp claims a cop beat me up and broke the ACL and meniscus in my left knee. News to me, no medical evidence exists to support. Medical malpractice and fraud has occurred but who do I report that to?

Now I spent 30 years helping others have their dreams come true, so Law enforcement could steal all of mine. I have some traffic tickets I refuse to ever pay, for that would be considered extortion. I never had any peace at my work, for as soon as my mother located my employment she was able to have me fired. I've long since quit trying so I can die without anymore embarrassment. I will be most happy when someone blows Police chief Mike Brady's head off his worthless shoulders. I mean that with my entire heart, since his hate has stolen my love for helping people. I was asked to pick up a very ;large computer monitor by my boss Alan Murray, Obviously he as far too fat to lift anything. I was asked to carry it across the room and move it. As I sat it down I tore my right rotator cuff in 3 places(you each have four) broke my T7 Vertabrae, My right collar bone and my breast plate leaving me paralyzed in my right arm, the one I draw with. Alan Murray PE later lied through his teeth the labor and Industries so he didn't have to pay for my injuries. He went bankrupt and moved to the city of Everett. He was a worthless employer. The worst I ever had. He stole my career so he could keep is cabin. The girl I replaced told me she was leaving because of his sexual harassment she could not stop, with the secretary about 6 feet from her on the others side of the wall. Alan ran one type of computer in his office, expected my to run mine in Autocad/Microsoft and then convert it to his format so he could see it, review it, then put it back in AutoCAD and fix it. This was a recipe for disaster. Alan went bankrupt simply because he was a stupid fool. He was a fat pig no one should ever respect! Once I got hurt the dr gave me Darvocet. I had the secretary lock them up in her file cabinet so they didn't get stolen, I never took one of them but they told L&I that I was a drug addict. I have a hundred witnesses who will tell you I do not take narcotics. Pills didn't break me, they certainly cant fix me. A liar named Alan Murray has killed me. Then he got the Washington Attorney General to protect himself for paying me anymore. From 2001 to 2014 L&I paid me roughly 3300$ in lost wages. I am out $650,000 in wages and I owe over $450,000 in medical expenses, left a vegetable unable to use both hands to type.

In a think tank one day I offered we should create an office with a Civil Engineer, Land Planner, Structural Engineer, Surveyor, Architect and drafters all in one room. My boss and the surveyor liked that idea and Quilceda was born from multiple companies we pushed into one room. I designed the last 5 or 6 projects myself after the mismanagement of naval contracts went bust and bankrupt our company. Since creating this was my idea, I turned the last projects sign by the engineer into the building department and turned in the keys long after we had moved out. I was so heartbroken we had failed at this wonderful idea. I got tired of seeing people bicker who was right, who was wrong. I put them in one room, we solved all those bickering problems, but one of those projects for the Navy had been draw wrong and the 3d levels and pieces all exploded to lay flat or askew on paper. As hard as I tried there was no recovering the 3d data in which we needed to design by and a pie running 45 feet from the other end measured over 900 in length as it sat askew, each pipe got worse. I fired each of the personnel from that group, and we closed that file which bankrupt the company. The owner of that company made sure my boss paid him to go on vacation, he should have been left there. We could no longer connect the dots. This office worked and worked well, we were just simply lied to by ignorant people who didn't know how to run an engineering office. I left with all my programming intact. No one ever wisely used my work again. That's their loss, never will be mine. I own that program and its on CDrom. I had preprogrammed all of the drafting actions into simplified one key or one button commands and submenus using my college program PoolCad.

Then converted the 3D model into designated plans and blueprints for construction through on-site construction supervision and inspections. I designed the apartment complex that replaced the Pang Warehouse after the fire that killed my friend Randy. It was an extremely difficult time for me. s this went on my mother made numerous phone calls to 911 reporting me as a criminal which was never true. She claimed I demanded a raise 3 days after starting and if I didn't get it I would bomb the bosses building. I retired and took the work to my own home(a fifth wheel) where it was completed and we were all safer this way. We moved into the 5th wheel for our own safety that when those calls came, and the dual state restraining orders I possessed were being refused to be upheld. The 5th wheel gave me the capability to move in just an hours notice instead of continually losing ,my possession when my nutcase mother would get drunk, hallucinate and call police on those she hated the most, her children. My mother killed my baby brother in 1967 the night after she threatened my father she would because she assumed he had cheated on her. That also was a lie. She eventually destroyed my wonderful career and had my body broken to unrepair. I now sit in devastation, they blame me for. I am just one of her hundreds of victims. The Police refuse to investigate, so they can haunt my life. I recently moved out of Missoula Montana at gunpoint, the same way I left Everett Washington. On January 12 2014 Missoula Police threatened to kill my medical caretaker who I've been with since 2003 because she wouldn't let them arrest me for more false crimes, She instantly quit her tenure position and we moved out of Missoula for our own safety. My drawings made it to the newspaper.

Wrote the entire Lisp program to design the lighting in 3d for the Seahawks stadium, which worked beautifully, so they had me write one for the seating, another for the roof, then the Atrium, then all the TV monitors and all electrical. I sold the program to another Architect who designed the Rubber Band-Birds Nest in Bejing for the Olympics. This program I wrote all started from my college years when I wrote it to design Swimming Pools in 3d, which made me a corporate office manager. I sold that program to buy a sailboat and vacationed to Hawaii. I spent less than 6 hours drawing on the Seahawks stadium. In all the building took a little over 6 weeks to design. R.I.P. Mel Streeter. Our families went back to the early 1800's together. I had all his families genealogy in my personal belongings. I had answers Mel had searched for all his life in a notebook left to me by Sequoyah.

Ran into Jamie Hoffman in the hallway who come to see mark West, was fired immediately on his lies. I was given a letter of recommendation and sent on my way, yet I had done nothing wrong whatsoever and it was all based on lies. Jobs are hard to come by. Then I was told my mother had made numerous phone calls at 3am to my supervisor Jeff Maphis. He wrote me a letter explaining my mothers complaints we could not stop. I was never respected enough to get the harassment calls to stop. I am the victim and have been since 1964.

I had this offer to learn structures, so I went there and designed a building along the Nimitz freeway, a Concrete tilt up warehouse building I was designing for Morris Group. After the earth quake, this was the only building standing next to the collapsed double decker freeway. The concrete at each entrance staggered out and over glass in two lifts until it met the other side. The back side was loading docks next to the railway. I am so very proud of this building and wether Bill Simpson knows it or not, I owe him a great deal for that blessed opportunity.

I absolutely loved this job and my boss was the greatest I ever had. With no future in site I relocated to Los Angelas to chase my Architecture career after seeing movie about a brick on TV. I knew I could do that, and I did.

I loved this job and would gladly do it again! I designed CASP runs, Used Hilti and a multiple of hanger systems to run conduit. God Blessed me greatly with this position. Upon notice of my pink slip, my newlywed wife left me for another man who hadn't lost his job at Hanford 2.
My last day I took two drafters and scaled the nuclear walls from the outside with rope and camera to shoot a roundabout from the dome. Ropes and cameras are not allowed inside the check gate.
One day I was looking for an engineer. I located him in the basement atop a piece of equipment where he had overdosed from Heroin. I didn't work that level after that day. Hanford was a management nightmare for chronic drug users and alcoholics. My boss and his company was eventually sued for Bid Rigging. I saw great things, and tons of tragedy. I had really good friends here, couldn't trust one of them except those two drafters.

I posted her letter to me sent via email denying me such rights on my website where I placed the officers report of excess force and its false requirement. Wray Dana had placed a newspaper at the foot of my pad on the floor. When I awoke I was falsely accused of stealing it,
- I was sick I had just come up from infirmery. Dana double handcuffed me and took me to the elevator area where he tried to ram my head.

GM did not appear at the moderation so as not to answer questions about his sexual harassment against the City of Missoula Senior Deputy Clerk I filed a motion to the court because of this information, an illegal threat as far as I was concerned which he did carry out. I let it play just to see what would happen, I was ordered to do things in the clerks office, while judge Orzech stood over the clerk and watched everything she did. If felt like her nigger. I recently learned that KOwas employed by the Missoula City Attorneys office in 1994 while my mother made over 330 phone calls to 911 and over 500 in total up through her death June 2003, and that KO would then have a strong bias towards me in any court hearing, believing those calls my mother made were ever true, which they were not. I have killed people, threatened to bomb buildings, or do myself in as she has reported. The Deputy city clerk seemed to have data Police claim they were not aware of, they were misinformed of the truth, but not all the information as to what really occurred. No one had the entire story, I am not guilty of anything, I am the abused victim, and injured because of being the victim of interstate stalking by Ramona Corntassel in which sent Swat to find me for whatever reason she made up, none were true. When Swat located me, I generally was beaten severely. I am guilty of nothing.
