Say Thank You...Please

Saying "thank you" to someone is such a little act,
however it can mean so much to someone.
Over the years I've written several articles about saying thank you to someone,
below are a few of them:

Since May of 2015 I have been the supervisor of over 100 individuals in various jobs.
I was the person that directly hired 71 of them.
I have promoted 10 into leadership positions.
If you count multiple raises I've given to some, regular cost-of-living, or merit raises that is about 250 raises.
Of all these hires, promotions, and raises I've been involved in,
only twice has someone said
"Thank You."
That isn't a good average.
It reminded me of a lesson one of my sales managers told me;
if you don't tell someone thank you today they might remember that and hold it against
you tomorrow.

Thank you for reading this.
