Some of you might recognize Sandy and Reed in the picture above from the days when Reed ran the parts department at Great Lakes Commercial Laundry. Both of them are retired now. Reed taught everyone a lot about this business and how to fix their machines. He always said "thank you" to everyone. You might notice I do the same thing. One of the articles explains why.
