Saying Thank You 2 Examples

Saying Thank You to your clients, customers, and employees is extremely important. It conveys appreciation and sincerity and too many times we forget to say those two little words. That is why I sign all of my emails with "Thank You."

It is also important to recognize individuals that make great contributions to your organization. Recently the company I currently work for did two very nice recognition moments that I want to highlight and thank them for.

The first is the surprise retirement party for Al one of the longer term technicians.
A good man who always tried his best and was upfront with customers.
A fountain of knowledge that is the kind of mentor you would want to train your newly hired techs. 



The second is the surprise trip the company put together for the sales staff to go to Epcot for a day.
A complete surprise and very appreciated by the group.
Maybe you can't send your staff on trips all the time, but don't forget a pat on the back, thank you card, or even a cake can go a long way to keep your employees happy and productive.
